It is the pleasure of MTR Corporation to have the honour in hosting the 20th International Railway Safety Conference in Hong Kong.
This year we are celebrating the Anniversary since the first Conference was started in 1990, from a joint initiative of Japan Rail East union and management. This Conference has successfully created a forum for participants with responsibility in rail safety management, safety regulation, investigation and workers union to discuss safety issues from different perspectives and to develop strong working networks.
You are invited to share your experiences and ideas on improving railway safety and overcoming the challenges in sustaining the safety performance. Your participation in paper presentation, session chairing and discussion in the question & answer sessions will be most essential to make this yet another rewarding Conference for all of us. |
